SHIPPING POLICY
Dragon Sports ships most items within 1-3 business days. Please note that custom or factory-direct orders may have specific processing times as noted on the product page.
Transit time begins once the warehouse has completed processing and your order physically ships. You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout, with delivery expectations and costs varying by speed. For your peace of mind, all shipping methods within the United States include full tracking to your destination.
RETURN POLICY
Dragon Sports offers an easy 30 day return policy on most purchases and will refund the item's purchase price. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is received damaged. An RMA# must be obtained for a return to be processed. If the situation mandates it, we reserve the right to amend the following policies on a case by case basis. Please note the following details about returns:
-An order cannot be cancelled once it has been processed/shipped. If you decide to cancel after being processed/shipped, our standard return policy applies.
-Returned items must be unopened, in new condition and in the original packaging
-Please do not assemble or modify a product before returning it or else we cannot refund your purchase.
-Customized products are nonreturnable.
-Trading Card Policy: All sales of trading cards—including single cards, sealed packs, and boxes—are considered Final Sale. In accordance with our standard policy that returned items must be unopened and in original packaging, trading card products are ineligible for return once the factory seal is broken or the item has been dispatched.
