SHIPPING POLICY
Most items ship within 1-3 business days from the date ordered. Custom or factory direct orders will have a noted processing time in the products description.
Each item that is purchased may require a specific warehouse processing time before your order can ship. The processing time may be different for each item. Transit time begins once the order has completed this processing time and has physically shipped. Delivery expectation varies based on the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the address these items are being shipped to, different shipping methods will be available at the final step of checkout. Each shipping method has its own transit times, restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order. All shipping methods for the United States are track able to the destination address.
RETURN POLICY
Dragon Sports offers an easy 14 day return policy on most purchases and will refund the item's purchase price. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is received damaged. An RMA# must be obtained for a return to be processed. If the situation mandates it, we reserve the right to amend the following policies on a case by case basis. Please note the following details about returns:
-An order cannot be cancelled once it has shipped. If you decide to cancel after shipment, our standard return policy applies.
-Returned items must be unopened, in new condition and in the original packaging.
-Please do not assemble or modify a product before returning it or else we cannot refund your purchase.
-Customized products are nonreturnable.
